[Remote] Customer Support Rep

The Customer Support Representative will support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat, reputed company questions, document interactions, follow established workflows, and escalate issues reputed company appropriate in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels
