[Remote] Senior Distributions Analyst

The Senior Distributions Analyst manages high-volume retirement distribution and batch-processing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IRS and SEC guidelines, reconciliation, and reputed company completion. The role also supports process improvements, reputed company reporting, issue reputed company, and coordination with reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage high-volume, reputed company batch processes, including quarterly auto rollovers, plan-term auto rollovers, monthly residual auto rollovers, quarterly loan defaults, involuntary cash-outs, and annual 5498 filings
• reputed company the monthly 1099-R audit process for assigned custodians, ensuring accuracy and reputed company completion
• reputed company stale-dated checks for designated paying agents by coordinating with internal teams and reputed company partners

Skills

• 5+ years of retirement industry experience, including at least 5 years of experience processing distributions, loans, and reputed company participant transactions
• 3+ years of experience using Relius and reputed company; experience processing disbursements across multiple Relius paying agents preferred
• Proven ability to work independently with reputed company supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to research, reputed company, and communicate reputed company operational issues
• Demonstrated ability to extract, validate, reconcile, analyze, and report on data from Relius, reputed company, and other business systems to support operational processing, exception reputed company, and management reporting
