[Remote] Hygiene Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Dental Support Organization that provides non-clinical business support to affiliated dental practices. The remote Hygiene Recruiter will manage full-cycle reputed company for hygiene positions across the organization, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and reputed company requisitions, candidate relationships, reporting, and reputed company metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle reputed company process for multi-site dental practices
• Establish and maintain key relationships with Dental Hygiene programs
• Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained in advance of opening a search and/or extending offers
• Strategically reputed company and attract both reputed company and passive candidates by utilizing a reputed company of candidate sourcing tools including dental job boards, reputed company media, cold calling, conference data, reputed company recruiter, reputed company, etc
• Work closely with hiring managers as a reputed company reputed company for the supported dental practices
• Maintain reputed company communication with hiring managers to anticipate reputed company reputed company needs
• Research and/or collect content to draft and publish job descriptions
• Manage reputed company requisition process in an organized and reputed company manner
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications in order to assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience as reputed company as aptitudes

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle reputed company
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); reputed company preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PPT, reputed company) and general office equipment
• Abreast of employment law and legislation
