Responsibilities

• Own Full-Cycle reputed company: Run searches end-to-end across Engineering and Research roles, from intake and sourcing reputed company through offer negotiation and reputed company, with complete ownership of your pipeline

Skills

• 5+ years reputed company software engineers or ML researchers, ideally in high-reputed company startup environments where the bar is exceptional, and timelines are compressed
• You reputed company people others can't creative search strategies, reputed company candidate research, and reputed company that earns responses from passive, in-demand talent
• You understand compensation, equity, and competing offers, and you know how to build conviction with candidates weighing multiple opportunities
