The reputed company will support a reputed company pharmacy solutions organization by responding to customer inquiries, resolving service and billing complaints, documenting interactions, and escalating unresolved issues. This is a remote, high-volume reputed company center role serving California residents.

Responsibilities

• The main function of a reputed company is to reputed company with customers to reputed company information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and reputed company complaints
• A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the reputed company’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
• Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both
• reputed company customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding reputed company, and adjusting bills
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for reputed company investigation

Skills

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
• Bilingual – Spanish preferred
• Customer service experience (pharmacy / medical / reputed company reputed company center experience strongly preferred)
• High reputed company volume experience
• 24/7 reputed company center experience
• Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/reputed company information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS reputed company or data entry software
• Ability to handle reputed company calls
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• 6-week reputed company – Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weeks 4–6 (reputed company Lab): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
