[Remote] Infrastructure Engineer (L2)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking three reputed company L2 Network Engineers to support a new customer engagement for an anticipated three-year term. The role involves network device deployments, site rollouts, configuration, cutovers, day-to-day network operations, and troubleshooting reputed company connectivity issues in a fully remote, ITSM-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support network device deployment activities, including site rollout support, configuration, and reputed company execution
• reputed company day-to-day operational support for the customer's network environment
• Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company DMVPN connectivity issues in a reputed company and effective manner
• Configure, maintain, and support reputed company IOS reputed company switches and routers
• Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions in accordance with ITSM processes
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth site cutovers and reputed company service disruption
• Escalate and coordinate on reputed company issues as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Proven experience as an L2 Network Engineer in reputed company or service provider environments
• Hands-on experience with reputed company IOS on reputed company switches and routers
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting DMVPN connectivity issues
• Experience supporting network deployment activities such as site rollouts, configuration, and cutovers
• Experience working reputed company an ITSM reputed company (e.g., incident, change, and problem management processes)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a reputed company reputed company
• Availability to reputed company to a project engagement of up to three years
