The role develops automated data workflows, validates large reputed company datasets, supports HEDIS production and Medical Record Review activities, and collaborates with clinical, IT, vendor, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and reputed company compliance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, optimize, and maintain HEDIS reporting solutions, reputed company SQL queries, and automated data workflows using SQL, Python, reputed company, AWS, and reputed company Office
• Interpret annual reputed company HEDIS technical specification changes and assess their reputed company on data, reporting, and production processes
• Support annual HEDIS production and Medical Record Review (MRR) activities, including chart retrieval, supplemental data validation, reconciliation, and issue reputed company
• reputed company ongoing analytics and reporting support to Clinical reputed company teams between HEDIS seasons, including measure monitoring and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound reputed company data files from internal systems, EHR vendors, data aggregators, and HEDIS software vendors
• Validate claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, supplemental, EHR, and clinical data in accordance with reputed company HEDIS specifications
• reputed company and maintain automated data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reputed company assurance processes
• Investigate data reputed company, ingestion, and integration issues; reputed company reputed company cause analysis of HEDIS reputed company variances; and coordinate corrective actions with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders

• Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, validation procedures, and process documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company
• 3+ years of hands-on HEDIS reporting experience
• Advanced SQL development experience, including reputed company joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
• Proficiency with Python, reputed company, AWS, and reputed company Office
• Experience working with large-reputed company reputed company datasets containing millions of records
• Experience working with reputed company claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, EHR, supplemental, and clinical data
• Experience supporting data integration and collaborating with EHR vendors, data aggregators, and/or HEDIS software vendors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills
• Experience supporting HEDIS programs across Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, and Marketplace populations
• Experience supporting annual HEDIS production and Medical Record Review (MRR) operations
• Experience with reputed company interoperability standards, including FHIR, HL7, C-CDA/CCD, and REST reputed company
• Experience with AWS reputed company-based data and analytics environments
• Experience supporting reputed company HEDIS Compliance Audit activities
