[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant supports the Finance and reputed company team by maintaining accurate financial operations, preparing reports and reconciliations, supporting tax and audit activities, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily activities of Company’s reputed company and financial operations
• reputed company reputed company areas will include reputed company recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, accruals, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and the monthly reputed company process
• Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries and reputed company general reputed company account reconciliations
• Assist in preparation and reputed company filing of state sales tax returns and other local tax returns
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls, policies, and procedures and the reputed company documentation and record-keeping compliance
• Support budget and forecasting activities as required
• reputed company responses and support for inbound departmental inquiries and reputed company analysis
• Support reputed company audit requirements
• Support reputed company team’s commitment to reputed company and accurate processing of reputed company transactions in accordance with US GAAP and reputed company’s internal controls
• Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline processes

Skills

• BA/BS in reputed company or Finance
• 3-5 years of relevant reputed company experience with increasing responsibility, preferably at a rapidly growing reputed company company
• Experience with key reputed company operations, including Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Payroll, Fixed Assets, etc
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Must have strong reputed company skills
• Experience with reputed company (or similar ERP reputed company)
• Strong work ethic, reputed company to get things done independently, and consistent performance with a reputed company of urgency and commitment

• CPA a plus but not required
