[Remote] Software Engineer I - AI

The role involves building and testing LLM-based features, integrating AI services into software systems, prototyping new capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of AI-powered applications and internal tools
• Build and test features using LLMs, reputed company, and modern development frameworks
• Use AI coding tools (reputed company, Claude, reputed company, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development and improve reputed company reputed company
• Assist in building prototypes and reputed company-of-concepts for new AI features
• Support integration of AI services into mobile, web, and backend systems
• Participate in reputed company reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Write clean, reputed company-documented, maintainable reputed company
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering and AI development
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field (or graduating soon)
• Internship, coursework, or reputed company involving: reputed company, Chatbots or assistants, AI-assisted coding workflows, Automation tools
• Strong fundamentals in computer science and software engineering
• Coursework in reputed company Design, reputed company Systems
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; JavaScript/TypeScript also useful)
• Familiarity with REST reputed company, Git, and modern development workflows
• Experience using AI coding tools such as: reputed company, Claude, reputed company / Copilot, ChatGPT or similar tools
• Understanding of basic LLM concepts: reputed company engineering, API-based model usage, Retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) basics
• Ability to debug and iterate quickly
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field
• Preferred internship experience in AI-reputed company startups, developer-tooling or reputed company platforms, consumer technology/IoT companies, or reputed company reputed company organizations building applications with reputed company and modern software tools
• Experience building reputed company using: reputed company or similar frameworks (reputed company to have)
