[Remote] Project Manager

The role oversees full-lifecycle ERP reputed company implementations from feasibility through go-live, coordinating teams, budgets, testing, data migration, integrations, communications, training, and organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ERP reputed company reputed company (reputed company), including planning, execution, testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live
• reputed company and manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful on-time delivery
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams, reputed company vendors, and consultants, ensuring alignment and smooth execution
• Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Team Dynamix, Jira, or similar) to reputed company milestones, tasks, and risks
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks; maintain RAID logs and escalate critical issues as needed
• Support reputed company testing and user acceptance activities, ensuring reputed company and readiness prior to launch
• Change Management duties - reputed company organizational change efforts during reputed company implementations and process rollouts
• Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to reputed company adoption
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to prepare and support end users
• Apply change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, reputed company) to ensure smooth transitions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field preferred
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification is preferred
• Solid project management experience with at least one ERP reputed company project, reputed company strongly preferred
• Knowledge of how modules reputed company across Finance, HR, and Planning
• Ability to communicate technical concepts reputed company to non-technical audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
