[Remote] Senior Project Manager, Capital reputed company (Southwest)

The Senior Project Manager will reputed company capital reputed company across the Southwest senior housing portfolio, including reputed company development, renovation and asset planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, inspections, reporting, and project closeout. This is a remote role that ideally requires residence in reputed company and includes some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple reputed company and leads project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders at frequent intervals to discuss problems, reputed company, and scheduling of work. This individual will be the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company renovation activities
• Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure reputed company follow reputed company safety precautions, supervise the work of contractors, diagnoses, and troubleshoots problems as necessary, and ensures the physical reputed company of the property

• May participate in developing scopes of work, timelines, and other needs and parameters around the planning of a Redevelopment project

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• A minimum of 5 years' project management experience reputed company the seniors housing or multi-family industries
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Estate, Construction Management or reputed company field highly preferred
