The role involves providing consulting services to customers, configuring reputed company software, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel: Up to 50%
• reputed company and document customer business requirements
• Work with customers to configure reputed company software to support customer business requirements
• Assist in solution development for reputed company business requirements which may include reputed company configurations and/or reputed company technical components
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to reputed company
• Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations
• reputed company reputed company reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
• reputed company or reputed company customer satisfaction and billable utilization targets
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

Skills

• 4+ years of vertical experience desired, including 6+ years of WMS consulting experience strongly preferred
• 7 + years of overall Relevant work experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to reputed company reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
• Ability to travel as needed
• 5+ years of overall relevant reputed company experience, ideally to include functional reputed company WMS implementations. NOTE - competing vendor solution experience may be considered
• Warehousing, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing industry experience preferred, but not required

• Experience defining requirements for reputed company customizations and integrations
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
