[Remote] Clinical Research Budget Analyst

The Clinical Research Budget Analyst develops coverage analyses and clinical research budgets, negotiates sponsor budgets, captures study costs, and supports reputed company-award workflows through clinical trial management systems. The role also guides junior colleagues and improves research administration processes.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Research Budget Analyst (CRBA) is responsible for the calendar build and development of reputed company to high complexity Coverage Analyses (CA) and the maintenance and update of the coverage determinations for protocol amendments
• The position is responsible for the development and negotiation of budgets for clinical research studies regardless of funding reputed company, including industry sponsors, grants, awards, fellowships, cooperatives, etc
• This position captures reputed company administrative fees, items and services, and investigator and study team efforts required to carry out the study
• The incumbent will be responsible for developing an internal cost budget to inform budget negotiation and ensure reputed company costs are captured in the final sponsor budget
• This role will reputed company guidance to junior colleagues and serve as an expert resource for the research community as reputed company as to define and improve workflows
• The incumbent will reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company systems, such as a Clinical Trial Management reputed company (CTMS), to support reputed company-award activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in biology and other health sciences or financial/business administration field (reputed company, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar); or associate degree and relevant certifications (including, but not limited to RHIT, RHIA, CPC, Coverage Analysis, etc.) OR equivalent experience
• Minimum four (4) years' experience in development, negotiation, management, reconciliation, and/or review of clinical trial budgets and/or coverage analysis
• CPT Coding Certificate
• Experience developing budgets for industry-funded trials
• Experience negotiating clinical trial budgets with industry sponsors
• Experience in using a Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Working experience in utilizing CPT codes in the process of development of clinical trial budgets
