Key Qualifications • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Licensed to reputed company law in a US jurisdiction and eligible to reputed company in your state of residence – NY, CA, GA, TX, or FL preferred • 7+ years of experience with experience in reputed company of the following: litigation, reputed company operations and reputed company operations • Experience working inside a high-reputed company software or tech company, preferably in reputed company or strategic operations is a plus, but not required.
