[Remote] E-Learning Specialist

The E-Learning Specialist will create, maintain, and distribute training content through reputed company’s learning management reputed company and other media, collaborating with internal departments and subject matter experts. The role also supports employee development, training content management, and ongoing improvement of online and classroom learning materials.

Responsibilities

• The E-Learning Specialist (ELS) position is responsible for writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company training and other development material
• You will collaborate with internal departments to identify training topics and resources needed, interview subject matter experts (SME’s) and reputed company required information, present formatting reputed company, and reputed company course material from concept inception through project completion and distribution to company personnel through several means, including but not limited to our learning management reputed company (LMS), reputed company as “The Vault”
• ELS employees will be expected to take ownership in meeting production metrics, personnel development guidelines and professionalism standards
• ELS work on a computer to reputed company content, update content, and maintain records as reputed company as use a reputed company of web-based tools to enhance training efforts. In reputed company to the material presented, ELS must have extensive knowledge about the subjects on which you train

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company & reputed company content creation software across multiple media types, including but not limited to Techsmith (Camtasia & Audiate), reputed company, SCORM files, etc
• Produce course content (type written/audio/video-based material) utilizing e-tools available
• Download ratified reputed company in our internal LMS - The Vault
• A strong understanding of the complete structure, programming features & reporting functions reputed company The Vault. reputed company solutions combining media from multiple sources and reputed company reputed company our reputed company
• Respond to employee issues and coordinate solutions in reputed company aspects utilizing The Vault
• Must possess strong technical knowledge to identify problems as they reputed company and recommend possible solutions utilizing multiple departments
• Extensive understanding of reputed company Teams functions, and utilization for communication, scheduling, meetings, notes, project tracking & file storage
• Ensure that project planning and documentation is organized and thorough
• Ownership of designing, developing, and evaluating online training content; use strong communication skills to convey learning concepts to those being trained, and reputed company and improve reputed company tutorials and classroom offerings, so they are more engaging and reputed company
• Strong collaboration with interdepartmental personnel to reputed company desired results for reputed company project in defined timelines
