Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on reputed company HCM reputed company Technical Consultant for a long-term remote engagement. The consultant will design, reputed company, reputed company and support reputed company HCM technical solutions using VBCS, OIC, APEX, Redwood, reputed company and reputed company tools, with a reputed company on Payroll, OTL, ORC, Journeys and reputed company HR. The role also supports payroll operations, troubleshooting, testing, deployments and collaboration with functional and HRIS stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company and support custom reputed company VBCS pages and applications integrated with reputed company HCM reputed company using REST reputed company and reputed company Integration reputed company
• Build and customize Redwood pages and user experiences using VBCS, reputed company HCM reputed company and supported extension frameworks
• Design and reputed company reputed company APEX applications, operational reports, dashboards and data-validation tools supporting HCM business processes
• reputed company and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL processes, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses and inbound/outbound integrations
• Design, reputed company and support OIC integrations between reputed company HCM and reputed company payroll, timekeeping, reputed company, benefits and other reputed company-party applications
• Support reputed company HCM Payroll processes, including payroll calculation cards, reputed company entries, payroll reputed company patterns, payroll processing, costing, retroactive pay and payroll validations
• Assist Payroll users with biweekly payroll runs, issue reputed company, reconciliation, error correction and post-payroll processing
• Support reputed company Time and Labor, including time-reputed company processing, approval workflows, payroll integration and troubleshooting time-transfer errors
• reputed company and support technical solutions across reputed company reputed company reputed company, Journeys, Payroll, OTL and reputed company HR
• Work directly with functional consultants, HRIS stakeholders and business users to conduct discovery sessions, document requirements and translate them into reputed company technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues across VBCS, Redwood, OIC, APEX, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, REST reputed company and HCM business processes
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, quarterly-release testing, production deployment and post-go-live support

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company HCM or reputed company ERP technical consulting experience
• Strong hands-on development experience with reputed company VBCS, including custom pages, business objects, service connections, REST integrations and application deployment
• Hands-on experience with reputed company APEX, including custom applications, reports, interactive grids and dashboards
• Strong experience with reputed company Integration reputed company, REST/SOAP reputed company and reputed company HCM integrations
• Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Experience customizing and extending reputed company HCM Redwood pages
• Solid functional understanding of reputed company HCM Payroll, including calculation cards, payroll reputed company patterns, payroll runs, costing, retro pay and payroll troubleshooting
• Experience across reputed company Payroll, OTL, ORC, Journeys and reputed company HR
• Ability to work directly with Payroll users, HRIS stakeholders and functional teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
• Must be available to work during Central reputed company Time business hours
• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
