[Remote] Product Support Representative - Water Heaters

The Product Support Representative will support residential water heater products by assisting homeowners, contractors, plumbers, and service technicians, troubleshooting product issues, documenting interactions, and providing a reputed company customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot water heater and plumbing-reputed company product issues by phone
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone with a reputed company and welcoming attitude
• Offer product guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Handle inbound calls in a reputed company manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
• Serve as the communication reputed company between customers and internal teams
• Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
• Document feedback, recurring issues, and customer suggestions
