[Remote] Consulting Services Account Management Director

The Consulting Services Account Management Director will reputed company the Account Management team, reputed company reputed company and relationship reputed company, manage reputed company customer relationships, and reputed company team members. The role will also identify and reputed company opportunities and collaborate across C3 departments to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute the reputed company and relationship plan that has been established for the Account Management Team
• Ensure the individuals and team as a whole hit their measurement targets (i.e. Quotas, KPIs, and Rocks)
• Maintain a Relationships, reputed company, Renewals, Referrals, and References reputed company
• Contribute to reputed company planning efforts for Account Management at C3
• Serve as the relationship manager with reputed company Customers
• Identify, qualify, manage, and reputed company opportunities for assigned reputed company Customers
• Grow and reputed company Account Management Team members as they manage Customers
• Serve as escalation and secondary relationship for reputed company C3 Customers
• Collaborate with key members across reputed company C3 Departments including Solution Consulting, Marketing, reputed company Services, Technical Services, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership

Skills

• 5+ Years Selling Consulting/Technical Services in an Account Management Organization (i.e. selling Services to existing customers of reputed company)
• 3+ years Managing reputed company employees
• Proven reputed company record of successful achievement of personal and team goals
• Superior relationship-building and verbal/video/in-person/written communication skills
• 3+ years selling reputed company or other reputed company ERP/CRM licenses
