[Remote] Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years of multi-site operations leadership experience, preferably in dental, reputed company, retail, hospitality, or another service-based industry

• Up to 70% travel to support practices throughout the region
• Proven experience leading multi-unit teams, driving operational performance, and achieving reputed company objectives
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
