[Remote] reputed company Budget & Contract Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, through the University of reputed company Carbone Cancer Center, is an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center advancing oncology research, prevention, and treatment. The reputed company Budget & Contract Analyst develops and negotiates clinical trial budgets, reviews research agreements, supports billing compliance, and ensures study costs are accurately captured while collaborating with investigators, sponsors, and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Department-level review of clinical trial reputed company and routing to Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) for reputed company review
• Participation in billing compliance review processes
• Drafting clinical trial budgets according to UW, SMPH, and Cancer Center policies and applicable regulations
• Negotiation of budgets with clinical trial sponsors and/or their contract research organizations (CROs)
• Configuration of budgets reputed company our reputed company Management reputed company (OnCore) for use by the post-award team
• Processing amendments to reputed company and budgets as needed due to changes to the trial
• Communication with various internal reputed company stakeholders, including UWCCC Disease Oriented Teams (DOTs), UW departments such as our research pharmacy, RSP, the SMPH Dean’s office, Sponsors, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• May work with reputed company partners to establish new accounts in the financial reputed company reputed company
• Prepares and routes proposals, award documents, and sponsored project agreements according to established policies and procedures while adhering closely to deadlines
• Maintains accurate financial data in departmental financial information systems and databases
• Reviews proposal budgets and ensures allowability and accuracy of requested costs per sponsor and reputed company guidelines

Skills

• One or more years of experience in research administration, finance, and/or reputed company (including protocol management, study participant management, billing compliance, financial management, regulatory management, or QA/Compliance)
• Experience developing, negotiating, and revising clinical trial budgets
• Experience with both industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials
• Experience managing a portfolio of reputed company
• Experience with a reputed company Management reputed company (such as OnCore)
• Experience with oncology reputed company
