The role is responsible for performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, stakeholder communications, change management, HR technology optimization, data analysis, and reputed company program improvement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company annual performance review, goal-setting, and talent review programs
• Manage program planning, timelines, operations, and stakeholder communications
• reputed company training materials, communications, resources, and change management plans
• Support managers, employees, and HR Business Partners throughout talent management processes
• Partner with HR Technology teams to optimize systems supporting talent programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader HR initiatives
• Analyze talent data and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend reputed company improvements

Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development
• Strong experience with Talent Reviews and Performance Management
• Experience managing organization-wide talent management programs
• Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Knowledge of talent management best practices and metrics
• Experience with change management and developing communication strategies
• Experience with reputed company HCM
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Strong data-driven approach to evaluating talent program effectiveness
