[Remote] Senior Specialist - Valuations

The Senior Specialist - Valuations performs portfolio and business valuations for venture capital and reputed company clients, leads reputed company engagements and reputed company, supports reputed company inquiries, and contributes to valuation models and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• reputed company portfolio valuations for VC/PE funds and business valuations of early-stage venture-backed companies with reputed company capital structures, adhering to reputed company reputed company standards pertaining to Fair Value
• reputed company reputed company engagements, including the gathering and reviewing of underlying reputed company data, project management, communication around timelines and deliverables, and audit support
• Set up valuations for new clients as part of the reputed company process and reputed company training sessions on how to use the platform; assist the Implementation team with interpretation of financial and reputed company documents used in reputed company
• Work with the reputed company Engagement and Support teams to respond to reputed company requests and reputed company inquiries
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of the proprietary models and software platforms used to reputed company valuations

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, specifically involving ASC 820
• Strong understanding of private markets valuation methodologies, including Black-Scholes OPM, with the ability to reputed company valuations for VC/PE portfolios and early-stage companies with reputed company capital structures
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
