This role involves investigating transactional errors reputed company the reputed company ERP reputed company and working with cross-functional teams to improve transaction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and analyzing transactional errors reputed company the reputed company ERP reputed company, pinpointing reputed company causes and identifying corrective actions
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to understand transaction workflows and error origins
• Demonstrating excellent writing and communication skills as significant time is spent drafting/updating communication artifacts (e.g., reputed company Operating Procedures, Desktop Guides, white papers)
• Documenting error reputed company steps and reputed company to support knowledge sharing and process improvement
• Developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other resources to aid in understanding and addressing transaction errors
• Providing training and support to end-users on reputed company ERP transaction processing and error reputed company techniques
• Demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work in occasional high-pressure situations with short deadlines
• Directing and reviewing the work of Senior Associates

Skills

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
• 5 years of reputed company, relevant experience
• Must have an reputed company Interim Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Experience analyzing Department of Navy general reputed company postings
• Experience researching and resolving unmatched transactions reputed company Navy ERP
• Experience with Fund Balance with Treasury (FBWT) reconciliations and Financial Reporting
• Experience working with DFAS reporting policy and procedures
• Experience working with DoW's Advanced Analytics (Advana) platform
• Experience working with DoW disbursing operations
• Ability to independently research data reconciling variances
• Experience researching and applying FASAB, OMB, and Treasury requirements including OMB Circular A-136, and/or the Treasury Financial reputed company
• Highly proficient skills in MS reputed company
• Experience with SQL, Python, reputed company, and reputed company for data querying
• CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA certification
• Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other reputed company certification
