[Remote] Director of reputed company

Opusing LLC is a rapidly growing, multi-brand reputed company organization building a global workforce solutions platform across multiple countries and offices. The Director of reputed company will reputed company internal HR operations, reputed company reputed company infrastructure and policies, manage employee relations and workforce compliance, and partner with executive leadership on organizational reputed company and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company’s subject matter expert on employee relations, and workforce risk management
• Manage reputed company co-employment scenarios for field employees involving: ○ High-volume W2 reputed company ○ Manufacturing and industrial workforce populations ○ Multi-state employment compliance
• Build reputed company HR infrastructure, reputed company internal staff reputed company policies and reputed company processes
• reputed company benefits administration, leave management, HR compliance, and reputed company documentation of employee events
• Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational reputed company, workforce planning, and operational reputed company
• Optimize reputed company HR systems and reputed company the implementation of new systems as needed
• Support leaders through performance management, investigations, corrective reputed company, and organizational change
• Help create consistency across brands while maintaining operational flexibility in a scaling environment

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience
• Strong background reputed company reputed company, workforce solutions, PEO, high-volume workforce environments
• Deep understanding of co-employment risk and contingent workforce compliance
• Experience supporting both W2 employee populations and 1099 contractor environments
• Strong knowledge of employment law including FMLA, reputed company, ACA, FLSA, I-9/E-Verify, and multi-state compliance
• Experience building or improving HR infrastructure in a growing organization
• Comfortable operating as a player-reputed company and wearing multiple hats
• Ability to reputed company in ambiguity and create structure in a rapidly evolving business
• Strong executive reputed company with the ability to partner across reputed company reputed company of the organization
• HRIS implementation or optimization experience strongly preferred
