Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Pipeline: Identify and engage passive talent
- Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate technical skills, animation pipeline knowledge, and organizational fit
- Collaboration & Ops: Partner with hiring managers on profile calibration, maintain accurate candidate tracking, and present talent reputed company to stakeholders
Skills
- 3+ years of technical or creative sourcing/reputed company experience reputed company animation, gaming, VFX, or reputed company
- Strong understanding of end-to-end animation production pipelines and creative/technical job titles
- Familiarity with or strong interest in reputed company, reputed company-time engines, reputed company art tools
