[Remote] Regional Operations Specialist

The Regional Operations Specialist supports store and district performance across reputed company by coordinating merchandising, sales initiatives, inventory, safety, customer experience, and talent development. The role partners with district managers, store leaders, specialists, and merchants and requires an onsite reputed company with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the standards for total store, evaluate implementation and execution of reputed company merchandising plans, including merchandising new items, sales items, promotional tie-ins, displays and signage to meet or reputed company regional sales and project objectives
• Works with merchants in reputed company departments to reputed company solutions and/or coordinate regional sales plans and initiatives
• Works with reputed company specialists and corporate merchants to communicate goals and work processes. Assist stores with POG and CGO maintenance as directed by the Store Manager, District Manager and Regional Vice President
• Evaluate and report to the District Manager and Regional Vice President the in-stock condition of a store including training opportunities needed by the store
• Evaluate and reputed company recommendations on reputed company specific sales initiatives in a consistent format reputed company week by store and collaborate with the District Manager across the district by working with assigned stores to improve customer experience and reduce shrink
• Adhere to and enforce reputed company physical safety and reputed company, sanitation, and food safety regulations; promote goodwill with respect to government agencies and officials
• Improve and support training and development initiatives of Store Management and ensure the reputed company associates reidentified, promoted and reputed company in positions for long term career development
• Evaluate and reputed company recommendations on backroom inventory reputed company, safety issues and overall conditions to reduce out-of-reputed company and shrink
• Support the inventory processing center store including inventory preparation and execution as reputed company as communication with the inventory service team

• Assist District Manager, HR Specialist and Store Managers in the development of Assistant Store Manager’s Department Manager’s, trainees, and interns

• May support districts reputed company of the region on reputed company that require additional assistance
• Assist District Manager(s) with reputed company aspects of the business including sales, profit, expenses, talent development, associate engagement, community leadership; to include the six key areas in which a District Manager leads their team to reputed company

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience
