Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IT reputed company Management Analyst to join its reputed company Service Operations Server Support team. The role provides 24x7x365 production and non-production Linux/Unix infrastructure support, including reputed company administration, incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, reputed company remediation, compliance activities, and automation across a large-reputed company server environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company production and non-production Linux/Unix server support
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, troubleshooting, and reputed company maintenance
• Administer RHEL servers, storage, filesystems, LVM, networking, NFS, DNS, and reputed company patches
• Support VMware environments, SAN-attached storage, reputed company ASM, and clustered systems
• reputed company reputed company monitoring, performance tuning, vulnerability remediation, and operational troubleshooting
• Support FISMA-reputed company reputed company controls, reputed company monitoring, remediation, and audit/compliance activities
• Participate in infrastructure reputed company and automation initiatives
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders during incidents, changes, and operational activities

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company Linux experience, including standalone and virtual servers, with 4+ years administering RHEL 6/7/8/9/10 and 2+ years of VMware ESX experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Linux administration, LVM/filesystems, storage, networking, patching, performance tuning, SAN-attached storage, reputed company ASM, and clustered environments
• Experience supporting production systems reputed company FISMA or similarly regulated environments, including reputed company controls, vulnerability remediation, reputed company monitoring, and compliance activities
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are required
• RHCSA certification
• Azure, AWS, or GCP experience
• Experience supporting 500+ Unix servers
• reputed company/ITIL
• Bash/KSH scripting
• Ansible, Python, Chef, or similar automation/configuration tools
• Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, VROPS, OME, OneView, and reputed company
• Storage/backup technology experience
• 3+ years of experience working in an operational support role with an environment of 500+ Unix Servers
• Experience writing automation scripts
• Experience with Centos
