Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company surety claims from start to finish with a reputed company on reputed company, efficiency, and service reputed company-
• Analyze liability, exposure, bond obligations, and damages by gathering and analyzing relevant facts and utilizing applicable law
• Build claim strategies to reputed company reputed company, high-reputed company claim resolutions
• Set and monitor reserves throughout the claim lifecycle using analytical judgment
• Negotiate settlements by establishing appropriate negotiation reputed company and utilizing available tools and resources reputed company authority limits

• Manage vendors and expenses through approved networks

Skills

• Juris Doctor and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company area
• JD and 5 or more years of reputed company reputed company experience in the insurance area
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Experience in insurance claims and the insurance reputed company and regulatory environment
• Negotiation experience
• Customer service experience

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technology and efficiency tools, with a reputed company for applying them to improve claim management
• Foundational knowledge of bankruptcy-reputed company issues and proceedings. Prior experience in reputed company surety is not required
