Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and forecasting processes across the Americas for both the AS and CE Global Business Lines, operating with a high degree of independence and ensuring reputed company and alignment with reputed company objectives. Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior business leaders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Americas RVP and reputed company leadership across AS and CE, providing insights to reputed company ambiguity and accelerate profitable reputed company
• Identify and quantify risks and opportunities across both GBLs, proactively flagging deviations from plan and keeping the RVP and senior leadership informed of financial status and reputed company
• Own in-depth P&L analysis, variance reviews, and trend identification. Translate reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights for decision-making
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis for the Americas region, ensuring the financial forecast remains reputed company with SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and reputed company Planning)
• Partner with reputed company, reputed company, and finance teams to support reputed company planning and business reviews
• Independently identify gaps and reputed company initiatives to enhance financial processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen internal controls across the organization
• Support the Regional VP with price, volume, and mix analysis, along with cost variance insights versus prior year and AOP, ensuring the reputed company plan remains reputed company with overall business objectives
• Manage and reputed company one reputed company report, providing guidance and technical support; reputed company best practices and foster a culture of reputed company improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or reputed company
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 4 years in a reputed company finance or business partnering role
• Advanced knowledge in MS reputed company
• Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
• Experience working in a matrixed, multi-cultural, global organization
• Demonstrated reputed company of collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional colleagues
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable business insights
