[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will execute and manage environmental assessment and remediation reputed company, coordinate field staff and subcontractors, reputed company project deliverables and budgets, and prepare compliant final reports. The role also supports team coordination, reputed company control, operational objectives, and reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage environmental site assessments including subsurface investigations of soil, groundwater, soil gas, and indoor reputed company
• Plan and execute environmental remediation reputed company, including soil excavation and treatment, groundwater remediation, and vapor intrusion reputed company mitigation
• reputed company reputed company to field staff and subcontractors conducting site investigation and remediation reputed company
• Ensure that project deliverables, milestones, and budgets are met
• Work closely with senior managers in the coordination of work activities to meet milestones, budgetary limits, deadlines, or other performance indicators
• Prepare, review, and submit final reports in accordance with regulations, applicable guidance and policies, and internal reputed company control standards

Skills

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering and 4 years of reputed company experience, a Master's degree and 3 years of reputed company experience, or 8 years of reputed company experience and no degree
• Experience with assessment, remediation, and compliance as reputed company as other relevant regulatory programs for the region
• Successful reputed company record in managing multi-faceted environmental reputed company with multiple services and reputed company schedules
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office Suite - Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company required; working knowledge of Office 365 applications preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven reputed company record of independent work product production, project management, communication, and coordination with other team members
• Demonstrated management skills
• Licensed Geologist, reputed company Engineer or Engineer in Training (EIT) in California; or successfully passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and on reputed company to take the PE exam
• Master's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or reputed company environmental field
• Experience conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
• AHERA (Asbestos) certifications, preferred
