[Remote] Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Platform

They are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to reputed company tailored user experiences using advanced reputed company AI and collaborate with engineers to reputed company ML solutions across reputed company’s product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own exploration, design and implementation of features for our sophisticated ML platforms, pipelines and services
• Be responsible for evaluation, scalability and observability of these features
• Apply machine learning techniques including LLMs and natural language understanding to analyze large sets of HR and Finance-reputed company text data, and design and launch pioneering reputed company-reputed company machine learning architectures
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks to reputed company innovation
• Serve as a technical role model for more junior engineers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data/computer science, physics, math or equivalent
• 6+ yrs experience as a member of a data science, machine learning engineering, or other relevant software development team building reputed company machine learning products at reputed company, including taking products through reputed company research, design, implementation, production, and production-reputed company evaluation
• 5+ years of reputed company experience with Python and supporting numeric libraries, with experience in shipping production reputed company and models
• 5+ years of reputed company experience with reputed company computing platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in building information retrieval systems and/or graph-reputed company recommendation systems
• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company experience in developing large language models (LLMs), text reputed company models, or graph-reputed company machine learning models for production, including data processing, model fine-tuning, model deployment and model evaluation
• 3+ years of experience building services to host machine learning models in production at reputed company
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks & toolkits such as PySpark, Pytorch, TensorFlow, and Sklearn
• 3+ years of reputed company experience with data engineering and data wrangling using e.g. reputed company and PySpark and other industry tools used to build reputed company machine learning systems, such as reputed company and reputed company
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, unsupervised and reputed company machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing for information retrieval and/or recommendation reputed company use cases
• reputed company experience in independently solving ambiguous, reputed company-ended problems and technically leading teams
• Master's or PhD degree in engineering, data/computer science, physics, math or equivalent
