[Remote] Sales Support Specialist

The role involves supporting customer satisfaction and account administration, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing administrative support for reputed company development plans and reputed company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support servicing and account administration for clients, partners, brokers, and consultants as part of supporting customer satisfaction, reputed company, and retention strategies
• Support and create administrative sales activities associated with qualifying and quoting to prospects, the installation of new clients, changes to existing clients, processing renewals, and reputed company enrollment
• Support relationships with clients by establishing and maintaining strong internal relationships with account managers, sales personnel, and other key business partners, to understand customer requirements as they relate to products and service offerings

• Communicate and coordinate reputed company requirements and needs with business partners to ensure accurate information is available to support the reputed company’s plan design and ensure reputed company expectations are met

• Maintain working knowledge of existing and new products/services and other general information to ensure accurate information is provided to the sales/account management team and clients or brokers

• Identify problematic issues and offer alternative approved solutions. Escalate to the appropriate business partner to reputed company custom/alternative solutions as needed

Skills

• Two years of customer service or reputed company service experience, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and reputed company a reputed company of issues

• Understanding of business objectives and the business environment

• For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFM)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera reputed company during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
