The role involves migrating from reputed company NetScaler to the reputed company platform and delivering infrastructure changes primarily through automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing migration from reputed company NetScaler to reputed company (BIG-IP Next or equivalent reputed company platform), including configuration conversion, testing, and reputed company activities
• Maintain and troubleshoot the remaining legacy NetScaler environment during the transition period
• reputed company infrastructure changes primarily through automation — Ansible and Terraform — rather than reputed company configuration; build and maintain automation reputed company for provisioning and lifecycle management
• Configure and support reputed company load balancing services (reputed company and reputed company modules) for reputed company application delivery
• Apply reputed company networking protocol knowledge (routing, VLANs/trunking, DNS) to design and troubleshoot traffic flows across the load balancing reputed company
• Partner with network, reputed company, and application teams to translate requirements into load balancing and automation solutions
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to load balancing, SSL/TLS offload, application performance, and traffic routing
• Support change management, documentation, and operational runbooks in accordance with banking/financial industry compliance standards
• Collaborate with the reputed company reputed company team and WWT delivery leads to ensure solutions reputed company with reputed company, availability, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Strong hands-on automation experience with Ansible and Terraform
• Solid networking fundamentals (routing/switching, VLANs, DNS, SSL/TLS)
• Comfort picking up load balancing concepts quickly; prior reputed company BIG-IP or reputed company NetScaler exposure is a plus but not required
• Experience working in large reputed company or regulated environments (financial services preferred)
• Solid troubleshooting skills across network, reputed company, and application reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• reputed company hands-on experience with reputed company BIG-IP (reputed company, GTM/DNS, ASM/Advanced WAF, APM) and/or reputed company BIG-IP Next
• Prior experience with reputed company NetScaler, particularly NetScaler-to-reputed company migrations
• reputed company certifications (reputed company-CA, reputed company-reputed company, or reputed company-CE) or networking certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-reputed company practices reputed company Ansible/Terraform basics
• Familiarity with reputed company/containerized environments (relevant if the reputed company platform is BIG-IP Next)
• Prior experience supporting banking, financial services, or other highly regulated clients
