[Remote] L2 Operations Support Engineer (reputed company & DevOps)

The L2 Operations Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of reputed company-reputed company production applications while collaborating with various teams to support operations and reputed company reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Level 2 support for production applications and platforms
• Monitor reputed company health, troubleshoot incidents, restore service, and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
• Participate in on-reputed company support and production change activities
• Support reputed company environments, including deployments, scaling, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and support Kafka clusters, topics, brokers, and consumer reputed company to ensure reliable messaging
• Support CI/CD pipelines and production deployments
• Execute release validation, environment promotion, and rollback activities
• Support DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, reputed company Actions, reputed company CI/CD, or ArgoCD
• reputed company and maintain Infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures
• Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and SRE teams to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency

Skills

• 4+ years supporting reputed company production environments
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and a reputed company reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience supporting Kafka or similar messaging platforms
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as reputed company
• Strong Linux administration, scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills
