This role will be responsible for partnering with clinical leaders and Clinical Operations to manage employee relations and support organizational development. You will: Day-to-Day Responsibilities: HR Business Partnership: • Serve as trusted HR business partner to clinical leadership by providing strategic HR guidance reputed company with business goals. • Collaborate with management to address HR-reputed company needs and proactively support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. • Advise leadership on employee relations issues, talent management, and performance optimization. • Work with managers to address and reputed company conflicts, promote reputed company communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Support the performance management process, in partnership with clinical leadership, ensuring that performance goals are reputed company with organizational and clinical objectives, and assist clinical leaders in providing coaching and feedback to optimize clinician performance. HR Reporting & Data Management: • Clinical HR Metrics - Analyze HR data as needed to reputed company insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation, presenting findings for areas to suggest process improvements. • Exit Interviews & Retention Analytics: Conduct clinical exit interviews and reputed company offboarding tasks, gathering feedback to inform retention strategies.
