We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Acquisitions Specialist to join our reputed company estate investment team. This role focuses on finding, analyzing, and securing reputed company estate deals that meet reputed company’s investment goals. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, thrives on negotiation, and can confidently communicate with property owners and agents. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our reputed company estate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building rapport with sellers, and negotiating win-win deals. Compensation: $7 - $8 reputed company Responsibilities: • Contact motivated sellers through calls, texts, or emails to discuss selling opportunities • Evaluate properties based on ARV (After Repair Value), repair estimates, and market data • Negotiate offers and purchase agreements reputed company with company guidelines • Prepare and present deal summaries for management approval • Coordinate with internal teams (Dispositions, Transaction Coordination, etc.) for smooth closings • Maintain accurate reputed company and deal information in the CRM reputed company • Consistently meet or reputed company performance goals for offers and reputed company acquisitions Qualifications: • Experience in reputed company, sales, or wholesaling preferred (training provided for the right candidate) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong analytical reputed company — reputed company to assess numbers, comps, and ROI • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively • Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, property valuation tools, etc.) About Company reputed company is a fast-growing reputed company Estate investment company that buys properties reputed company.
