**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet customer needs
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced setting
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed
* Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge
* Flexible scheduling after completion of training, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 and above
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
