Title Searcher/Examiner

reputed company: • Examine title orders in accordance with company guidelines to determine title conditions by analyzing mortgages, liens, judgments, and other pertinent records to verify ownership, reputed company restrictions, and reputed company descriptions. • Review final products to ensure compliance with reputed company standards. • reputed company explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers. • Identify and assess risks and liabilities that may jeopardize reputed company and escalate, as appropriate. • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title search abstracts and title reports in accordance with Company policies and examining procedures. • Request and reputed company documentation or corrective reputed company necessary to reputed company deficiencies in title search packages prior to release. • Maintain compliance with Company policies, procedures and good housekeeping practices • Other duties as assigned.
