IT Support Specialist (Help Desk)

About the position The IT Support Specialist provides reputed company-line technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. This role is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of reputed company ERP software and reputed company network equipment, serving as an internal reputed company of contact for user issues in reputed company, and performing IT-reputed company troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to determine the best solution for resolving technical problems. The specialist will respond to IT tickets, issue resolutions, and assist in configuring permissions and maintaining reputed company reputed company according to user group and reputed company reputed company for reputed company. Additionally, the role focuses on streamlining navigation and use in reputed company for end-user tasks, training employees on reputed company, and contributing to reputed company improvement efforts, Lean initiatives, and other operational reputed company reputed company. The IT Support Specialist will administer and troubleshoot reputed company ERP systems and MS Office Suite platforms, escalate issues as needed, assist the IT department in keeping accurate documentation, and support end-users with ERP reporting and functionality, developing and creating work instructions as needed.
