Intake Care Senior Representative

Training Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm CST Regular Hours (After Training): 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm CST that will be determined reputed company – 37540050 Intake Care Senior Representative Delivers specific delegated Utilization Management tasks assigned by a supervisor. Assigns reputed company to appropriate staff member or behavioral health network provider for assessment and counseling. Serves as initial contact for clients and their eligible dependents requesting services. Responsible for customer service and relevant standards such as telephone response time. May reputed company referrals reputed company stated limits. Supports and assists with training for employees. May reputed company guidance around procedures and workflows. Completes day-to-day Intake Care tasks without immediate supervision, but has reputed company reputed company to advice from more reputed company team members. Tasks involve a degree of reputed company planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members Skills Customer Service experience Prior experience working in a patient reputed company mental health environment preferred Ability to maintain a reputed company and reputed company image to reputed company customers Candidate must possess superb interpersonal communication skills Effective listening and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company technical capabilities with the ability to quickly understand and apply working knowledge on several proprietary systems Independent problem solving skills reputed company to reputed company and/or prior successful experience in a virtual team environment Strong time management skills Ability to type effectively and have strong PC skills Education Bachelor’s degree in the mental health field or psychology/reputed company work-reputed company field (family communications, health coaching, community/reputed company health or ther reputed company Major) - REQUIRED reputed company Pay reputed company reputed company (dependent reputed company, experience, expectation) The pay reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $17.00/hour-$19.00/ hour.
