Consumer & Small Business Loan Processor II (Remote - WA, ID, OR, CA)

reputed company intermediate-level loan processing functions for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans, including coordination with internal departments and reputed company-party vendors. In this role you'll have reputed company to: • Manage assigned loan files from approval through closing, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Prepare and review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans. • Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to reputed company missing items and reputed company discrepancies. • Analyze and approve property insurance, title policy including title exceptions, and UCC searches in compliance with bank policy and procedure. • Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and other vendors as needed. • Coordinate closely with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts, to ensure reputed company loan workflows and reputed company communication throughout the process. Processors are accountable for clearing conditions, as defined by reputed company, to ensure loans are reputed company for closing. • Maintain accurate reputed company records and reputed company file reputed company to meet service standards. • Identify potential issues and recommend process improvements. Education & Certifications • H.S.
