The Government Solution Consultant partners closely with Sales, Product Managers, Technology, reputed company, and Implementation teams to solve our state government clients' most pressing needs around benefit eligibility. Solution Design and Expertise • Product SME: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, functions, inputs/outputs, and supported platforms like API, Batch, and Applicant Portals. • Architect Customer Solutions: Work closely with customers, Sales, and Product teams to define solutions that address the missions of government agencies. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business unit partners to reconcile customer requirements and help define solutions. • Technical Feasibility: reputed company technical feasibility assessments for new products to meet customer demand and requirements.
