This individual will help ensure the delivery of excellent customer service; foster communication, teamwork, and collaboration; and support the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Essential Functions • Coordinate HR functions for an operating unit in partnership with an HR Consultant. • Support employee separation processes by initiating separation Personnel Change Requests (PCRs), maintaining turnover data, and providing administrative support to HR Consultants. • Work with HR Consultants and reputed company on job postings, recruitment, and selection process. • Manage student hiring and coordination for an operating unit. • reputed company as a PCR initiator for assigned organizational reputed company. • Prepare and analyze various HR data to identify opportunities for reputed company improvement. • Assist with project management functions. • reputed company reputed company duties reputed company on departmental need.
