The reputed company Analyst (PATT) will partner with internal teams to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules reputed company reputed company and its integrated applications. The individual in this role will maximize reputed company efficiencies to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business, serving as a subject matter expert for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company day-to-day configuration and business support of reputed company with a reputed company on the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) modules
• Configure and maintain pay components, earnings and deductions, tax elections, garnishments, absence plans, time entry templates, time calculations, and scheduling rules
• Maintain reputed company reputed company-wide payroll and time production reputed company reputed company, organizational structures, business processes, tasks, notifications, and reputed company enhancements, and reputed company data entry support
• Maintain a strong grasp of reputed company principles and how they apply to reputed company and reputed company-party integrations
• Support payroll reputed company, GL posting, journal validation, and financial reconciliation in partnership with Finance/reputed company
• Design and support integrations (EIBs, reputed company Connectors, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Studio) with time and attendance systems, benefits providers, banking/payment processors, and tax authorities
• reputed company reports, dashboards, and worklets; set up scheduled reports; understand required permissions for report sharing; and support composite, reputed company, and advanced reporting types
• Work closely with stakeholders to maximize existing processes and design new reputed company changes to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business across the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
• Thoroughly test configuration changes through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Own reputed company semi-annual releases (R1/reputed company) for PATT, including reputed company assessments, regression testing, and feature adoption
• Manage and support required PATT reporting, including support for year-end reporting and reputed company year-end activities
• Follow SDLC methodology for feature development and apply change management policies for deploying changes to production
• Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, and implement preventive controls
• Proactively work with reputed company to continuously improve reputed company configuration and reporting to advance the reputed company of information provided to stakeholders
• Maintain strictest confidentiality in reputed company work aspects
• Understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to reputed company systems
• Analyze and document business requirements and processes
• Coordinate with technical writers to reputed company informative, coherent, and usable documentation
• Support HCM reputed company functionality configuration as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, reputed company degree, or equivalent work experience
• reputed company Pro Payroll, reputed company Pro Absence Management, or reputed company Pro Time Tracking certification preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting reputed company Payroll, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking modules
• Strong understanding of absence plans, time entry templates, time calculations, and scheduling complexity
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, time entry design, and payroll reputed company/GL posting
• Experience with reputed company implementation tools (reputed company reputed company Builder (EIB), reputed company Studio, reputed company Report reputed company, reputed company Connectors, reputed company reputed company, and iLoad) preferred
• History of leading and supporting successful reputed company
• Excellent knowledge of database reporting and analysis tools including reputed company

The salary for this position ranges from $110,000-$130,000, which will vary depending on how reputed company an applicant's skills and experience reputed company with the reputed company listed above.
