Your role and responsibilities

This role is contributing to the Automation Business (AU), Data & Analytics Services in Global/ Europe.
Main stakeholders are business representatives from AU divisions (AUMP, AUMA, AUPI, AUEN, AUMC), Data & Analytics product owners, service owners, and delivery partners.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Executing sustainable maintenance of services, solutions, and/or applications by leading cross-functional global teams, establishing strong vendor partnerships, and comprehensive stakeholder management.
Planning and managing implementation of organization-wide processes, procedures, tools, and techniques for identification, assessment, and management of risk inherent in operation of business processes and potential risks arising from planned change.
Defining metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented technologies and channels, setting reputed company improvement on customer and consumer experiences, and ensuring technology-driven value creation in business.
Establishing and managing analytics reputed company, techniques, and capabilities to reputed company the organization to analyze data, reputed company insights, create value, and reputed company decision-making.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, IT services, or business intelligence teams in a global environment.
Proven experience managing business stakeholders, prioritizing demand, and translating business requirements into sustainable data and analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, reporting solutions, and service operations.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including employee development, coaching, performance management, and organizational planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology functions.
You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.
