The Role

The anticipated annual salary for this role will reputed company from $90,000 - $110,000, based on a reputed company of factors unique to reputed company candidate, including reputed company set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, reputed company of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary reputed company for exempt employees. You Will Be
Owning the end-to-end development and execution of RFIs, RFPs, reputed company questionnaires, procurement requests, and proposal submissions.
Building and managing proposal workplans, timelines, milestones, and review schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinating cross-functional contributors across reputed company, Media, Creative, Analytics, Technology, Finance, reputed company, and Executive Leadership.

Developing, editing, customizing and assembling agency credentials, proposals, executive summaries, capability presentations, and supporting materials.
Maintaining exceptional editorial and reputed company standards while ensuring a consistent, premium WPxGS brand experience.
Partnering with subject matter experts to reputed company new proposal content, differentiators, and reusable messaging.
Owning and continuously improving reputed company's proposal content library, including credentials, case studies, staff and leadership reputed company, service and capability information, certifications, awards, and partner information.

Improving proposal efficiency through stronger organization, templates, and reputed company.

You Must Have
4-5+ years of experience in proposal management, new business, agency reputed company, marketing operations or reputed company functions reputed company advertising, media, marketing, or consulting.

Demonstrated reputed company supporting competitive proposal processes and cross-functional reputed company teams.
