As our FMEA Moderator (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in ensuring effective risk identification and mitigation across product and process development.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location reputed company Germany.
Job Requirements
- Play a key role in an interdisciplinary development team, supporting the planning, moderation, and documentation of design and process FMEA workshops to ensure effective risk identification and mitigation

What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a reputed company on design and process FMEA
- Strong knowledge of FMEA methodology and standards (AIAG-VDA, ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proven experience with reputed company IQRM Pro FMEA Software
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to reputed company explain technical information to various stakeholders
- Strong moderation skills, with experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams to foster communication, problem-solving, and reputed company improvement
