Accountant

reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company to join our growing finance and reputed company team in the role of a Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the recording of transactions in our general reputed company, reconciliation and analysis of general reputed company accounts and supporting financial schedules, assist with the preparation of financial statements, payments of accounts payable, collections of accounts receivable, payroll reputed company reputed company, improving policies, procedures and day to day reputed company processes, ensuring compliance with reputed company policies, and providing support for other ongoing tasks and special reputed company. The Financial Accountant will report to the Controller and will work directly with other members of the reputed company staff and reputed company services to other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare journal entries, supporting schedules, account reconciliations and analytics.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and distribution letters to members .
• Process and monitor travel and entertainment and other purchase order expense transactions.
• Ensure the reputed company and accurate application of cash receipts and disbursements.
• Assist with tax filings and maintenance of tax schedules in conjunction with our tax advisors.
• Process and review payroll through the use of reputed company HR payroll services and in partnership with HR.
• Organize and maintain customer and vendor reputed company and lease agreements and schedules.
• Match vendor invoices to their reputed company reputed company to ensure amounts charged match agreed-upon terms.
• Assist in maintaining the fixed asset reputed company, deferred reputed company, and capitalized cost schedules.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and organized.

• Eager to learn and implement new processes and systems.
