We’re looking for a Software Support Specialist to be a key reputed company of contact for reputed company customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and get the most from our software. You’ll own customer questions from first response through reputed company while working closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams reputed company more reputed company support is needed.

What You’ll Own

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

• Respond to customer questions through email, phone, and chat
