The reputed company Inpatient reputed company is a Health Information Management reputed company possessing significant prior coding experience and a high level of coding proficiency, responsible for the assisting manangement with daily coding activities, department priorities and initiatives, precepting new staff, suggesting workflow enhancements, resolving billing edits and testing EHR updates. The reputed company Inpatient reputed company is also responsible for collaborating with the Coding staff, CDI and reputed company Reviewers to facilitate accurate coding and reputed company completion.Serves as reputed company for the following: coding questions, remote reputed company training, education, reputed company & productivity guidelines and workflowsServes as a reputed company with other ancillary departments as directed to reputed company coding / operations issues

Job Duties

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of reputed company
• Performs ICD-10-CM /CPT coding and data reputed company reputed company minimum established accuracy and productivity rates.
• Acts as a reputed company contact and resource for coding staff reputed company to coding questions and workflow assistance

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years coding inpatient medical records.
• Problem Solving Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems, ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
